Ever since I was a young boy, I loved food. My mom is a great cook and she  should get credit for my love and passion for cooking.


I also had the desire to travel the world. I went to culinary school with the hope to travel the globe and learn the cuisine of my many favorite countries which include Thailand, India, Egypt, Brazil, Mexico, Italy, France, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Japan, Singapore – the list goes on. I went on to visit over 35 countries in 15 years.


As I traveled I felt the need to document my travels and that is what introduced me to photography. The photographs displayed on the walls of the restaurant were all taken during my travels.


My dream to one day open a restaurant is now a reality. My team and I strive to bring you authentic tastes from far away places made with high quality natural and organic ingredients cooked in house from scratch.
